July,1965 1965: Watanabe Kogyo, forerunner of Tokyo Giken Co., Ltd. was established.
The company was settled in Tamagawa Okusawa-cho, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, Japan to manufacture and provide services for automobile fuel consumption meters and offer automobile parts.
November,1967

The company was renamed "Tokyo Giken".

The company newly established the Dental Devices Manufacturing and Sales Department.  The department developed a central vacuum system and introduced the device into the market.

July,1968 The company was reorganized as a stock company capitalized at JPY1,000,000 and renamed "Tokyo Giken Co., Ltd."
November,1968 November, 1968 Tokyo Giken started manufacturing and sales of an auto-recording breaking meter and an accelerograph in measuring device section.
July,1972 With consideration given to the future of the medical device and measuring device sections, the company purchased a site in Tamatsutsumi, Setagaya, Tokyo in order to relocate and expand the plant.
February,1973 The headquarters building was newly built at the site, into which all headquarters facilities were moved.
February,1974 Tokyo Giken increased the capital to JPY3,000,000.
March,1976 The Ministry of Health and Welfare granted Tokyo Giken a license of medical device manufacturing.
March,1977 March, 1977 Tokyo Giken became a member of the Japan Dental Machine Manufacturing Association
April,1978 The good business reputation Tokyo Giken had earned from private universities resulted in national universities' adoption of the Central Vacuum Systems when dentistry department was newly established in these universities.
October,1978 Tokyo Giken purchased adjacent area for plant facilities.
July,1979 Tokyo Giken started expanding office and plant facilities using the purchased site. All construction works were completed in August.
August,1980 With prevalence of the energy saving policy in Japan, Tokyo Giken started manufacturing automatic energy saving devices in response to the needs of them.
June,1981 Sendai office was opened to expand the business in Tohoku area.
April,1982

Production of large machinery including automated selector for quartz oscillators for clocks and automated stamping devices was started.

May,1983 Highly recognized good business reputation earned from dentistry colleges in Japan helped Tokyo Giken successfully deliver the products to overseas dentistry colleges.
March,1984

A laser diode tester was developed and its manufacturing and sales was started.

April,1984 Osaka office was opened to expand the business in Kansai area.
November,1985 Shinseiki Industry Co., Ltd. became an affiliated company.
March,1986 "Free Arm", a device for maintaining environmental sanitation, was developed  and its manufacturing and sales was started.
May,1986 Tokyo Giken increased the capital to JPY12,000,000.
July,1989 To increase the capacity in manufacturing medical devices and automated energy saving devices, Yokohama factory was built.
April,1990 The Ministry of Health and Welfare granted the Yokohama Plant a license to medical device manufacturing.
July,1991 The Ministry of Health and Welfare approved TCV-CS500, TCV-X, and Free Arm, etc. as medical devices.TCV-CS500、TCV-X （Approved medical devices totaled to 10 models）.
May,1992 May, 1992 Fukuoka office was opened to expand the business in Kyusyu area.
September,1992 New headquarters building with five stories above and two under the ground was completed, and a showroom was opened on the fifth floor.
April,1994 Dentistry departments of both Tokyo Medical Dental University and Tsurumi University adopted free Arm as a nosocomial infection prevention device.
November,1995 Tamagawa Tax Office officially commend Tokyo Giken as a company with excellent tax filing work.
June,1996 Nagoya office was opened to expand the business in Tyubu area.
March,1997 Clean Area was developed as a nosocomial infection prevention device, and its sales was started.
February,1998 Tokyo Giken increased the capital to JPY24,000,000.
October,1998

"Viva-Luck", a tooth-brushing system equipped with a water ejecting and suctioning function, was developed as a elderly- or patient-care product and its manufacturing and sales was successfully started.

September,1999 Stretcher Cleaning System specially designed for cleaning stretchers carrying the deceased was developed and its sales was successfully started.
March,2001 Yokohama Plant was newly built in Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama, Japan.
Tokyo Giken become an ISO9001 certified company.（Registration number ：00-1388）
May,2002 "TCS-MAX" and "TCS-1.5MAX", suctioning devices for medical-use, wereas successfully developed under the concept of realizing a quiet compact unit with enhanced suctioning power, and its manufacturing and sales was successfully started.
October,2002 “Dual Suction”, a newly designed Suction system to be used for both clinical and extraoral use with a totally new concept, was developed, and its manufacturing and sales was successfully started.
December,2002 Gas adsorption and decomposition equipment was developed as the equipment of lowering the concentration of formaldehyde, and its manufacturing and sales was successfully started.
June,2003 Tokyo Giken started manufacturing and sales of "CAPT-PLUS", a chair-side Suction system for denture adjustment, and "Arm Tray" that is easily attached to a Free Arm series device.
October,2004 In addition to adding compressors to the product line, a Tokyo Giken developed the “Dual Suction “ series and started its manufacturing and sales in preparation for the realization of the total coordination service for the machine room.

Yokohama Plant become an ISO13485 certified company.
April,2005 CEO,Masayuki Watanabe has been contributed to for medal of honour .
November,2005 Tokyo Giken started manufacturing and sales of compressor with the function of back up system as “Dual Plus” series.
April,2006 Clean area, device for prevention of hospital infection, had the functional enhancement, and its manufacturing and sales was successfully started as “Clean area Plus”.
August,2006 ” Viva-Luck”, quality care products, was improved and Tokyo Giken started manufacturing and sales of “Viva-luck Plus”, which is adapted to Electrical Appliances and Material Safety Act.
September,2006 "Viva-Jellwet"was developed and its manufacturing and sales was successfully started.
Februaly,2007 “Luminance light “was developed as downlight operating light for operating room, and its manufacturing and sales was successfully started.
March,2007 Tokyo Giken moved the Oosaka office to Ezaka cho for the purpose of improving the organization of Kansai Area.
August,2007 "Airdrain system", which removes the water inside of air line and was developed and and its manufacturing and sales was successfully started.
November,2007 “CAPT finisher” was developed as dental laboratory lathe, and its manufacturing and sales was successfully started.

Yokohama Plant received the registration certificate for Working　Environment　Measurement　Agency.
